Caroline Abbott is an actor, screenwriter, and stand-up comedian born and raised in Los Angeles. Growing up with a father in screenwriting, she was immersed in the filmmaking process from an early age, developing a natural instinct for storytelling and performance.

Over the past three years, she has trained extensively in improvisational comedy and sketch writing at both The Groundlings School and Theater and Upright Citizens Brigade, where she regularly performs and hones her voice as a comedic storyteller.

Caroline has appeared in several short films, including 24-Hour Data Recovery, which premiered at the HollyShorts Comedy Film Festival, and Jumpscare currently in post-production. She currently trains at the John Rosenfeld Studio in West Hollywood. As a writer, she has worked on features for the Hallmark, Great American Family, and Lifetime channels.

Caroline’s creative work is driven by the belief that humor can be found in even the darkest subjects, and that laughter remains one of the most powerful tools for connection and storytelling.
